7-Day Easy Returns

At Bluepeak Global, we want your little ones to love their new outfits. If the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• All tags must be intact.
• Free gifts or combo items must be returned with the main product.
• Exchange or replaced products will be delivered within 5-6 days.
• Refund will be credited within 7-8 days to the original source of payment method.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• In case of COD orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
